Your satisfaction is my utmost priority. To obtain the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction I have shop policies to protect you and me.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds on custom made items. If there is a mistake that we communicated about and you have paid for AFTER I have completed your item, then I will offer you a discount. The discount depends on the cost of the mistake.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of custom quilts, stockings, labels, baby quilts and longarming, I do not offer returns. I do my best to keep in constant contact with you on layout, sizing and any questions I have to prevent any miscommunication.
UNCLAIMED QUILTS
If we have to stop production on a quilt (reasons: loss of job, loss of loved one, moving), that's ok! I will keep your quilt in my position for 12 months After 12 months, I will return the quilt to you.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Do not copy and paste my photos without credit or asking permission. I support collaborations and I am willing to work together. Please message me if you have any questions or concerns. I also will not post your quilt without your permission.
SHIPPING
I will use USPS with tracking and insurance to ensure your package gets to you safely. Shipping costs will be added to your total invoice, I can use FedEx with tracking, insurance and signature upon request. I do everything I can to ensure your quilt makes it back to you. When signing my intake form, you understand that once I mail the box to you, Beta Blocks is no longer responsible for the package.
